We’re looking for a smart, execution-oriented GTM & Growth Strategy Manager who can own and lead go-to-market operations across marketing, product adoption, customer success, and enterprise growth.
Role Overview
As the GTM & Growth Strategy Manager, you will be the driving force behind how our product is positioned, adopted, and scaled across markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and success teams to define and execute strategies that grow revenue, improve retention, and create customer impact.
You’ll combine analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to drive campaigns, onboard enterprise clients, manage product-led growth (PLG) motion, and fine-tune success operations.
Key Responsibilities
🚀 Go-To-Market Execution
- Build and execute GTM strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and new use cases
- Align messaging, positioning, and collateral across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Enable sales/account teams with the right materials, playbooks, and demos
📈 Growth Strategy & Pipeline
- Own full-funnel growth metrics – acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Run outbound and inbound experiments for lead generation and engagement
- Leverage analytics to track performance and optimize ROI
🤝 Customer Success & Revenue Expansion
- Drive user onboarding, product adoption, and customer health
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and reduce churn
- Create feedback loops to inform product and marketing
🎯 GTM Process & Enablement
- Develop scalable processes for sales outreach, enterprise onboarding, and lifecycle marketing
- Manage tool stack (CRM, email automation, analytics) to drive GTM execution
- Build campaign and funnel dashboards to share insights with leadership
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech + MBA from a reputed institution (MBA from IIMs highly preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS, preferably across GTM, marketing, or growth roles
- Proven experience working in startup environments with high ownership
- Strong grasp of SaaS funnels, PLG/SLG motion, and enterprise sales collaboration
- Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, GA4, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
- Excellent storytelling, execution, and stakeholder management skills
